Building Dreams Since 1983

Established for over 40 years, W T Hall is a family run business based in Knaresborough covering Harrogate, York, and Leeds. Our company is a proud father and son team, Terry and Steve are 3rd and 4th generation builders with over 70 years of experience between them.

We offer a wide range of services from consultation and design works, to bespoke design builds. Creating the dream forever home, to general house maintenance, roof repairs to new builds, extensions to oak frame extensions.

 We specialise in Passive Haus and retrofit works, including lime plaster, render and external wall insulation.

 We’re experts in major structural alterations and are particularly proud of our extensive knowledge of stonework, with some projects completed on Grade 2 listed buildings.

All our work, from start to completion is carried out by skilled tradesmen, who are committed to providing the highest standard of workmanship with every project.
